1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the conditions and modalities for using the website accessible at https://michelclouin.fr/ (hereinafter the “Site”), published by Michel Clouin (hereinafter the “Publisher”). Any person browsing the Site is considered a User.

5.1. USER COMMITMENTS

The User agrees to use the Site in compliance with these Terms.

The User acknowledges having the skills and resources necessary to access and use the Site, and confirms that their IT configuration is virus-free and fully functional.

The User must take all necessary measures to protect their system from potential viruses or third-party intrusion attempts.

The User is solely responsible for any loss or damage, whether material or immaterial, resulting from their use of the Site

The information available on the Site is used under the User’s exclusive responsibility, and they are responsible for verifying its accuracy when necessary.

The User undertakes not to infringe upon the rights of third parties or the reputation of Michel Clouin.

Content with a negative, discriminatory, political, religious, fascist, racist, xenophobic, or sectarian connotation, or containing insults, threats, or advertisements.

The User must respect the integrity of the Site and refrain from disrupting its operation, modifying, altering, or deleting its content, or fraudulently introducing data.

5.2. PUBLISHER’S COMMITMENTS

The Publisher uses all reasonable efforts to ensure the Site’s accessibility.

For disputes involving one or more individuals, to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts;

For disputes between professionals, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Publisher’s registered office is located.
